I could have spent the 30 euros for my order on something better afterwards. The food should be delivered, we were already disappointed here. The food arrived about 30 minutes after the specified time. Furthermore, you could not deselect any ingredients when ordering. I then added this under the item "Info for the restaurant". Unfortunately, this information was completely ignored. After a call to the restaurant I was told that I hadn't added this message at all. After reading the receipt several times, the comment was finally found. Although the fault is clearly with the restaurant, they only apologized for it and nothing else was done. The burgers and side dishes were also cold when they arrived.

How one can apparently survive such a crisis with the impolite staff deserves respect again. I won't come back because I already expect a certain basic education ...

Food is great and shakes can only be recommended. Unfortunately, I don't like the food from the diner at home. But it must be due to the ambience. Staff is more than just friendly. All in all, you can blindly recommend the diner with a clear conscience. Judgment and impression collected over the years :-)

Location: Nice, measures relating to the pandemic are also being adhered to very well. The American flair comes through. (When it comes to music, maybe think about Spotify Premium or something similar) Food: Nothing special, but tasty nonetheless. Milkshakes and pancakes were ok too :) Staff: From the fact that we always had a different waiter, the table was swapped for pretty much every order (even customers who came much later than we were offered our order) In addition, the waiting times are eternally long (for 2 burgers 45 minutes needing is already hard over the limit) and either data is not transferred correctly or the staff is a bit haphazard. We have never been asked so often what we have ordered. Therefore only 3 stars. Get through the "Lockdown Light" Best regards.

The ambience is just wonderful for USA fans, I always feel very comfortable and the food and especially the shakes are mega. Unfortunately, the last time we were left to sit for half an hour without anyone paying any attention to us. I hope that this was a one-off occurrence, because otherwise we were always satisfied and therefore give it 4 stars =)

As always, the food was very good. The service was very friendly and accommodating. From my point of view to be recommended again and again.

Sitting at the table for 40 minutes without one of the waitresses having the idea to at least ask if you would like something to drink. The shop wasn't even full. The highlight was when a waitress finally came to the table to scribble the table number on the corona slip of paper, without saying a single note and then pulling it off again. Just left. Never again!!!

The food is great, you can't complain about it. But the service messes up the cut. Friendly, definitely! But attentive or quick? Not this year anymore. Waiting 3/4 hour for the next service person is a long time.

unfriendly, uncoordinated service, long waiting times. There were four of us, and we waited three quarters of an hour for DRINKS! Food came only after about 2 hours. Staff discuss inappropriate topics in front of customers. Food was okay overall.

We were there on a Sunday and there was already a huge queue when the store opened. Inside we were told that there was only two of them. Meanwhile the queue outside grew longer and longer. The soft drinks were delivered quickly, but I had to wait a long time for my milkshake. Even my food got there faster. The pancakes were homemade, but they had a strange aftertaste. As if you had fried bacon or something similar there beforehand. The burgers should have tasted good.

Very unfriendly service, no greeting, had to wait forever for a menu and asked whether the food was tasty or whether you would like to have a drink, unfortunately didn't come. Get rid of my money somewhere else than here. Never again

Incredibly delicious food, super nice service and a great atmosphere! I've only had good experiences so far. The diner also has something for everyone. From pizza to burgers to vegetarian dishes, everyone will find something here! At the weekend and especially in the evening it is best to reserve in advance.

What was that for a great store. Emphasis on WAR. After half an hour I went to the counter (till) to be served at all and even afterwards the ladies from the service were only persuaded to come and see us. The cola was with the words: "There is more!" simply clapped on the table and in front of it a very quiet: " God gets on my nerves. "Yes, you can? It used to be a great place ...

Today complete disaster. Been there for 2.5 hours. After 40 minutes the first drinks came, after 90 minutes food and after a further 40 minutes the milk shake for the little birthday child. Had she not been so keen on the shop we would have gone after the drinks. And I'm not a monster, I gave them a chance even if the three of them had a real struggle with 5 occupied tables. That's how you know it from other restaurants - not. Unfortunately, everything here says: everything was better in the past

For the second time we had to wait a long time for drinks and our food. On our last visit, some of the steakhouse fries weren't done right. I had ordered my burger without tomatoes and cucumbers, but of course I noted that. In the kitchen they only took down the tomatoes and cucumbers and the taste was still in the burger. Yeah I saw that take it out

Actually only heard good things, wanted to try it out for myself. Went there on a Sunday at noon and made an extra reservation in advance, as I was sent away the evening before as it would have to wait at least 1.5 hours. There were few guests and many waiters (have experience in this area, can assess the workload a little). Ordered the drinks straight away and said we needed a short moment to choose food (a short moment means 20 minutes there) After waiting 50 minutes for the food after ordering, we asked how long it should take and we were dismissed with the fact that you also have to prepare food for Lieferando, which apparently has priority. Unfortunately, it is a shame as the food was very tasty.

Service Kim very unfriendly, incompetent. Only received the food after 1.5 hours. When asked how long it takes, just the comment .. It always takes 1.5 hours .. Will come in 10 minutes .. Go away and roll your eyes Very customer-oriented, I would say ... 😬 Thank God there are still employees like Lorena. She knows how to deal with guests and how to satisfy them. Great praise!

I would have loved to try my hand at first, but then there would have been more space for the unique food. The waitresses are particularly charming and extremely courteous every time. That gives us a lot of joy every time we visit. This restaurant has de facto potential to become my next favorite. My husband and I find the inn to be contemporary for all occasions, whether with a partner, acquaintances or family.

For the second time I have been there and I am thrilled with how this place stimulates my creativity in writing. Then eat and drink something delicious and exchanged a few nice words. World what do you want more?

The food was quite good, but the service just ruined the whole experience. First we waited almost an hour to order and later on a friend of mine had to wait again for half an hour for another drink.

It is not an all you can eat buffet!

Burger good. Milkshake awesome. Ribs only cooked and too salty. Coleslaw good. Sweet potatoe fries are delicious. Service pretty good.
